NeighborWorks Housing Solutions will open the Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program lottery on Monday, May 3, 2021 and will remain open through Monday, May 17, 2021 at 5:00 PM. (No Citizenship or Immigration Status required to apply)

Paper applications will be available for (pickup only) in the following offices:

  • SER-Job for Progress Inc. located at 164 Bedford Street, Fall River, MA 02720
  • Cape Verdean Association located at 575 N. Montello Street, Brockton, MA 02301 (Monday, Wednesday, Friday only)
  • Community Economic Development Center 360 Coggeshall St, New Bedford, MA 02746 (Braz Community Center Paaca Building)
  • PACE Housing Opportunity Center 308 Cottage St New Bedford, MA 02740
