The Housing Consumer Education Center (HCEC) at NeighborWorks Housing Solutions is the "front door” to the agency. Whether you are a homeowner, tenant, landlord, or at risk of homelessness- we are here to answer your questions and help you figure out your options. Our purpose is to provide you with the information that you need to make the best decision. Our staff have a broad knowledge of resources in southern Massachusetts and can assess your situation and connect you to the appropriate resources and assistance.
