Important Rental & Homeowner Assistance Update


Beginning on July 1, 2023, the state-funded Residential Assistance for Families in Transition (RAFT) program will become available to eligible low-income homeowners who are at risk of foreclosure.

Eligible homeowners may apply for RAFT through the Emergency Housing Payment Assistance Portal. Eligibility guidelines are posted on the website.

  • If you have not already done so, please reach out to your mortgage servicer to find out if there are any programs or loss-mitigation solutions available to homeowners.
