NeighborWorks® Housing Solutions (NHS) provides access to a variety of homeowner loan options including down payment assistance, lead abatement loans, home rehab loans, and reverse mortgages.

We also offer financial coaching to help individuals learn how to reach their goals, including improving credit scores, eliminating debt, or increasing savings. NHS also partners with HarborOne Bank to provide group financial coaching in southern Massachusetts.
