Marketing Brochures for Lending and Small Business Development
Are you looking for more information about our loan programs, financial education programs or business development? Here are three downloadable brochures that you can share with friends, family, clients and business associates. The Neighborhood Housing Finance Corporation, a subsidiary of NeighborWorks Housing Solutions, talks about neighborWorks Housing Solutions' CDFI (Community Development Financial Institute) along with the numerous programs that are offered. These include the Home Modification Loan Program, Get the Lead Out Program and Down Payment Assistance. The second brochure is about the Brockton Venture Loan Fund. These are two opportunities for businesses in start-up and growth mode. Even if you are not located in Brockton, we have loan opportunities for businesses in other cities and towns. The last is a flyer with Small Business Resources that can help businesses create a business plan, look for funding opportunities and get on-to-one advising from industry experts through the SBA and NeighborWorks Housing Solutions. NeighborWorks Housing Solutions offers the Building a Better Business Bootcamp that helps small businesses create a working business plan. It covers the legal, marketing and financial aspects of running a business.
